The Bucs defense if it can stay rested is very good people. Not shying away from that. The offense is starting to adapt and looking like they may have found their sea legs. Now we have to build on that momentum against some better competition.

Close but no Cigar…AGAIN

We talk about the latest close game that did not result in a win, the evolution of the team, the effort in clawing back into the lead, the status of Josh Freeman and his position as the QB of the Bucs as well as the questionable playcalling in the game that resulted in another loss for a team that could legitimately be undefeated right now but instead is looking up the skirt of the NFC South.

Great defensive effort wasted

Our offense was offensive. From play calling to execution and topped off by one of Josh’d worst games, the Bucs let another win slip through their fingers and channeled the Bucs teams of old by holding the Cowboys to 20% in the Red Zone keeping it close.

Week 3: The Return of the Sack

That is some pretty good double entendre’ up there folks. We need to not only pressure but sack the elusive Tony Romo. We also need to ’sack up’ and run the ball like we mean it. That was what we were sold. Go do it. Will the Bucs be able to do what Seattle and Marshawn did? I hope so and I predicted a big week for Doug Martin.

The loss of Davin Joseph is huge and we wish him well as he recovers from his Patella Tendon surgery but the Bucs played strong in his absence and showed positive steps on both sides of the ball against the Patriots.
